Returns & Refunds Policy

All return and/or exchange request has to be made via direct messenger: chatbox, instagram, Facebook messenger or Whatapps.

Return item(s) has to be made within 3 days upon receiving. You’ll receive the full refund in the same payment method used for your purchase. For purchase more than RM550 free return & exchange shipping to West & RM8 to East. (Free 2nd return & exchange shipping, buyer to seller & seller to buyer)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unstained, and in its original packaging. For stretchable fitted material such as tank top, leggings, fitted singlet with padded are not eligible for return.

We do not accept returns on sale items and reward items.

All return parcel must reach Marlene within 7 working days (for Malaysia order) or 14 working days (for International order), upon the confirmation from our customer service team.

Please note that the two ways delivery shipping fee (from recipient to Marlene, from Marlene to recipient) will be borne by customer with purchase below RM549. 

Please allow 3 business days for quality check before we proceed further upon receiving the return parcel.

If the return and/or exchange item does not meet the requirement, Marlene reserves the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. 

Shipping fee is non-refundable. Only the amount paid for the order will be refunded. The refund will take place within 14 days upon the confirmation from our customer service team after getting through the quality check.
