Copy of Returns & Exchanges

All return and/or exchange request has to be made via direct messenger: chatbox, instagram or Facebook messenger within 24 hours upon receiving the parcel. 

Only bottoms are exchangeable. Exchange of items is possible only if the size that you wish to exchange is still available. Requesting for size recommendation before placing order is highly recommended.

We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards or reward items.

Please note that the two ways delivery shipping fee (from recipient to Marlene, from Marlene to recipient) will be borne by customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unstained, and in its original packaging. 

All return parcel must reach Marlene within 7 working days (for Malaysia order) or 14 working days (for International order), upon the confirmation from our customer service team.

Please allow 3 business days for quality check before we proceed further upon receiving the return parcel.

If the return and/or exchange item does not meet the requirement, Marlene reserves the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. 

All refund will be issued in the form of store credit or gift card only. No cash will be reimbursed for unused store credit and/or gift card. Please note that all voucher, coupon, discount and promotional codes issued are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferrable.

Shipping fee is non-refundable. Only the amount paid for the order will be refunded. The refund will take place within 14 days upon the confirmation from our customer service team after getting through the quality check.
